Slim Fast®

The Slim·Fast Plan combines calorie-controlled meal and snack replacements with other foods in a healthy plan to help you reduce your caloric intake. In addition, by exercising each day, you will burn more calories. Together, this will help you lose weight!

Slim·Fast Meals and Snacks provide all the nutrients that your body needs, within a controlled amount of calories. There is no need to measure portions, count calories, or tally points - all of the work has been done for you. There is no guesswork, and no miscalculating.

How it Works:

  1. Eat Six (6) times a Day - 3 meals and 3 snacks
  2. Two (2) of your meals will be Slim·Fast Meals (Shakes, Meal Bars, Soups, Pasta and Sauce). Enjoy a piece of fruit or a side salad along with your Slim·Fast Meal!
  3. Your third meal is a Sensible Meal that combines lean meat, starch, vegetables, and fruit. If you are following a low carb diet, substitute your starch for more veggies. Click here to find out how to plan your Sensible Meal, or go to our Recipe section for some great meal ideas!
  4. Throughout the day, be sure to eat three (3) snacks, one (1) of which may be a Slim·Fast Snack. Other snack choices are fruit, vegetables, fat-free yogurt or cheese, nuts, pretzels, or air-popped popcorn.
